Question
On X9DRL or X9SRA with 32bit Windows installed, although I have 4GB memory installed only 1.97GB is usable inside Windows.

This is due to 32bit OS limitation unable to remap PCI device MMIO to higher than 4GB space, therefore the usable memory size shown in Windows is reduced. The workaround is to use 64bit OS or use 32bit server OS that has PAE enabled.
