I have X8DTU-6F+. The default window size of iKVM "Redirection Viewer" is too big since the resolution of remote server is higher than the local system, is there a way to change it?

Yes, please go to Option -> Preference -> Windows, and uncheck "Auto-resize window" to manually change the size.
