I have old X7DVA-8 and CSE-811S-520, the backplane hard drive connector for the drive doesn’t fit/align with an U320 SCSI drive because there is no power connection for the drive and the drive's SCSI connector doesn’t align to the backplane's connector. Do I need to add something like interposer interface at the back of each drive?

Answer
There is no interposer interface for Ultra 320 SCSI hard drive. Make sure your SCSI hard drive support 80pins SCA connector type instead of 68pins connector.
