X9DRG-QF (BIOS 1.1) + Xeon Phi 5110P doesn't work well, on each POST the BIOS reports that there are not enough PCI resources. Any idea?

Have you enable following setting?
Advanced --> PCIe/PCI/PnP Configuration --> Avobe 4G Decoding --> Enable.
