I want to use add on card AOC-USAS2-L8 on my SuperServer 6017R-NTF which have riser card RSC-R1UW-2E16 built in, but it does not fit. Can you tell me what I am doing wrong here?

You are using wrong interface type add on card. The RSC-R1UW-2E16 riser card has 2 standard PCI-e x16 outputs, while Raid card AOC-USAS2-L8i has UIO interface and it will not fit. You should get a raid card that has
Standard PCI-e interface.
