Question
I have 5086B-TRF+ system with QLogic 2200 FC HBA card in RHEL 5.8. When I connected to FC SAN and ran the program with LUN for a while, it hanged somehow. Is there anything fix or workaround for this problem?

This is driver issue. Please update Qlogic driver to latest from QLogic or use RHEL 5.9 as your OS. See the article here, https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=782790
