My ITE drive does not work on my C2SBA+II main board. The ITE driver doesn’t work and where can I find a new driver?

For the C2SBA+II main board an ITE driver is mandatory if you want to use IDE devices. There are two ways to check for the proper driver for your motherboard.

1) If your motherboard Rev is 1.2 or earlier, the ITE chip will be 8212F and you need 8212F driver.
If your motherboard Rev is 1.2a or later, the ITE chip will be 8211F and you need 8211F driver.

2) Check the words on ITE chip (in rectangular shape) below the PCI slots.
If the chip indicates ITE IT8212F, then you need 8212F driver.
If the chip indicates ITE IT8211F, then you need 8211F driver.
