When using various LSI RAID controllers or SuperMicro LSI based controllers with the RAID controller WebBIOS, we have a problem with the IPMI KVM mouse and the local USB mouse. The mouse has delays of several seconds or does not function, but the keyboard functionality is fine. What causes this?

Certain LSI based cards no longer support USB mouse but only supports PS/2 mouse in the controller WebBios. Because the IPMI KVM uses the internal USB connection, it is not supported by the LSI WebBIOS. The same applies to local USB mouse. The only solution is to use the keyboard or a local PS/2 mouse.
