On a X7DBU motherboard with CentOS 5.4 and 2x 1GB of memory, if I want to mirror the memory, which memory slots should be connected with the memory module to enable the mirror?

For memory mirroring, you have to connect the memory module in both Branch 0 and Branch 1. Mirror mode allows data correction by maintaining two copies of data in two branches. Please connect the memory in DIMM 1A/2A/3A/4A for optimized population and memory mirroring mode.
