On the motherboard X8DTH-6F all 8 of the slots are only x8 PCI-Express 2.0 (in x16 slot) and the graphics card has an x16 PCI-Express slot. Is it possible to apply the graphics card NVIDIA QUADRO FX 3800 on this motherboard?

Yes, you can plug in the graphics card to the PCI-E slot on the motherboard. It just degrades the performance of graphic card to PCI-E x8.
