I have SIMLC+ this card and X7SBE mainboard in hand. Can you insert SIMLC+ IPMI card to X7SBE and get KVM feature enabled? If not, please give a suggestion on which AOC module supports this KVM feature for X7SBE.

SIMLC+ is not working for X7SBE. You can consider to purchase SIM1U+ to have KVM feature working in X7SBE.
