When i use a supermicro x8xxx mainboard, i have 2 or more LAN ports. Can i make a seperate network on every port?

Yes, you can make 2 (or more, depending on the number of lan ports) completely separate networks with the lan ports.
Please make sure you are using driver; https://www.supermicro.com/wdl/driver/LAN/Intel/PRO_v15.5.zip
