I have an X8DTL-I motherboaard using two 5620's. The motherboard is integrated in a SC822T chassis. For some strange reason I only see one cpu when I boot. Why is this?

Answer
It turns out that the bottom of the DIMM slots on the motherboard was touching the bottom of the SC822T case causing the board to short out. Prevent the short and the problem will go away.
