On the X8STi-F motherboard, why the PCI slot is inverted that I cannot use my audio card onto it?

The PCI slot on the X8STi series motherboards only supports 3.3V controller card. They do not support 5V controllers which the PCI slot is inverted. You need to choose another controller that supports 3.3V or both 3.3V and 5V.
