In X7SPE-H-D525 website mention support Up to 4GB single channel unbuffered, non-ECC DDR3 800MHz SO-DIMM. There aren't any DDR3 800MHz SO-DIMM in the market.

Answer
User can use DDR3-1333 or DDR3-1066 memory. The 1333MHz or 1066MHz Memory will be downgraded to 800MHz.
