System doesn’t work with our memory modules. After Power on, beeper message 1x Long Error Beep. Without plugged memory we got memory beep error. The memory is not on your tested memory list. Is it possible to get a BIOS update, that we can use the not supported memory?
This is not only a bios issue. The memory controller is embedded within the CPU. Also, the chipset has some memory limitation. When there is a new stepping CPU with a updated memory controller, the bios has some adjustments to support the new memory controller and can result that some memory models are supported.
If you use the latest bios, that will include all new steppings for the CPU/chipset. If the memory is still not working, than it is not supported by the hardware.
