I have a 6016T-MTLF. I cannot install the Intel ICH10R storage manager on Windows 2008 R2 64-bit. How to solve this problem?

You need to enable the .NET Framework 3.5.1 Features. Otherwise, the storage manager will not work, or will not even be installed.
