I have the X8DTH-IF and three 3ware 9560 controllers. Whenever I boot the machine with all three the cards aren't seen. When I use one it's ok. Why is this?

This is an option rom issue. Please find out which 3ware card you are going to boot from. Then turn off all other option rom in bios under the PCI/PNP section.
