Question
I am using X8QB6-F (LSI SAS 2108) to install ESX 4.1 on a RAID 1. After system detects the RAID and then I load the following driver. But system just hangs.
https://www.supermicro.com/wdl/driver/SAS/LSI/2108/Driver/VMware/v4.30/
Please advice what could be wrong.

You do not need to load the driver from our FTP site. ESX 4.1 should have built-in driver for LSI SAS 2108.
