Can you help to figure out how to remove the Quick Release mechanism so that our customer can mount their new NAS’s in their racks.

Answer
The customer will not be able to remove the part as shown. But they can use the adaptor MCP-290-00060-0N included in the chassis to mount to the round hole rack cabinet.
