Question
We have X7SBi in a 1U chassis with SATA slim DVDROM and cannot use the RAID function with the DVD attached. Is there any fix for this?

Answer
You can order an adapter CDM-USATA-G-O and cable CBL-0341L to connect the SATA DVDROM to a USB header on the motherboard. With this configuration, you can then use Intel RAID on the SATA HostRaid.
