I am installing ESX VMware 4.0 with onboard 1068E SAS controller on X8DT3-F, but HDD cannot be found, do you know what the problem is?

1068E SR mode is not supported by VMware 4.0, please flash FW to IT mode, but there will be no RAID support for IT mode.
