I have a question about Super server 8046B-6RF. The motherboard is X8QB6-F and chassis is 747TQ-R1400B. This chassis is also an optimized one for this motherboard. There are four 8-pin power connectors on motherboard but power supply can only provide three 8-pin power. How to solve this issue?

The motherboard X8QB6-F needs only three 8-pin and one 24-pin power to work properly.
