Question
I am trying to use the 3 (com 2, 3 and 4) serial port headers that come off the C2SBC-Qmotherboard to control some laboratory equipment. I can get the standard Com 1 port to communicate properly, but cannot get any of the others to work correctly. Is there a jumper or something else that I need to do to get these to communicate properly?

There is no jumper setting to use COM 2,3 & 4, but you need to purchase a 9 pin serial port DTK cables, part # CBL-010. Please contact our RMA department at rma@supermicro.com to get them.
