5017C-MF comes with 512F-350B chassis. We can't fit in the slim DVDRW because the space is already occupied by 3.5" 2TB SATA HDD. Any idea?

The only way you can have slim DVD-ROM in SC512F is using 2.5” hard drive with MCP-220-00051-0N that can fit 1x 15mm thick 2.5” HDD when installing DVD.
