Could you let us know if it’s possible that RSC-R1UU-UE16 can be used for X8SIU-F? We will use chassis 1U/ UB Type.

No, they are not compatible. For X8SIU-F, you can have either one PCI-E x16 or two PCI-E x8 slots. You can use riser card R1UU-UE8 for two PCI-E x8(one UIO) or R1UU-E16 for one PCI-E x16 in 1U chassis.
