My C7Q67 has 1.0a BIOS, what should I do to update the BIOS?

Answer
First update the BIOS without updating the Intel ME firmware by not-disabling the ME in BIOS or jumper, once finished run the BIOS update again with ME disabled in BIOS or by jumper to update the Intel ME firmware.
