Can i use ATI Radeon ™ HD 5450 Graphics card on Supermicro's X8ST3 motherboard?

ATI Radeon HD5450 is PCI-e 2.1 x16 interface card, and it’s not compatible with X8ST3 motherboard since there is no PCI-e x16 slot on it.
