I have 823TQ-650LPB chassis and need the front USB panel. Can you advise which part number I need to order?

You can have two options here.
1. CSE-PT40L-B0 goes with COM port and front USB panel support.
2. MCP-220-81304-0B has front USB panel support, but does not carry with COM port solution.
