I have a SBB SYS-6036ST-6LR and not unable to detect the hard drives on the onboard LSI controller, they press CTRL+C to bring up setup but no option to set RAID as there are no drives showing.

Answer
First check hard drive installation on drive tray, make sure the hard drive seat always toward back of drive tray otherwise it will not contact to backplane. Second, the on-board LSI controller support IT mode for JOBD not for Raid support.
