Question
In 5017C-URF the power supply only has a 20-pin power cable, but the X9SPU-F in the system has a 24-pin power connector. Is there another plug I'm supposed to use?

Answer
Most of our UIO chassis come with 20-Pin power connectors instead of 24-Pin. The reason for this is because our older UIO boards did not have room for the 24-pin power connector, which is why they had a 20-pin on the board and the power distributor cable.

In order to keep our chassis backwards compatible with the older boards, we still keep the 20-Pin power connector from the PDB. This 20-pin is still completely compatible with the newer X9 UIO boards, including X9SPU-F.
