What part number of drive bay can I use if I need to use 2.5" SSD into this SuperServer 6016T-6RF+? Does this server come with DVD-ROM drive as I can't find it in the "Parts List" from the homepage? By using LSI 2180 SAS 6Gb/s controller, can I enjoy SATA3 feature if I want to use SATA3 HDD, not a SAS2 HDD?

And yes, with 2108 controller, you can use SATA3.
