How to run Nvdia-bug-report on Linux systems?

Answer
1) Log in to “root”
a. At command line # Type nvidia-bug-report.sh
b. nvidia-bug-report.sh will now collect information about your system and
create the file "nvidia-bug-report.log.gz" in the current directory

2) Attach resulting “nvidia-bug-report.log.gz” file to NVIDIA RMA form.
a. Also attach Application failure data when available.
