I am using your 1027GR-TSF server with 3 nVidia K20m graphic cards. The server comes with 3x CBL-0333L (power cable from mainboard to 6+2 PCIe connector). Is this enough?

No, the K20m needs both power connectors connected. You will have to order an additional 3 CBL-0333L cables to connect the 3 K20m's properly.
