How IPMI feature on 5016T-MRB server can be enabled?

The server 5016T-MRB has X8STI motherboard which does not have IPMI feature embedded. The option is either to replace your X8STI motherboard with X8STI-F motherboard which has embedded IPMI feature support, or to get new server model 6016T-MTFB.
