We have a X9QRi-F+ motherboard, and some of the PCI-express slots are not working. Do you know what could cause this?

Answer
There are certain slots on the PCI-express connected directly to CPU #4. If CPU #4 is not installed, you will be missing some of the PCI-express slots.
