Can X9SRW-F WIO mother board be compatible with 213A or 219A wIO Chassis ? My customer wanted to put 1 LSI Full height full length card & a 2ports NIC, which riser should I choose?

The X9SRW-F is OK to be installed to SC213 WIO chassis but cannot fit into SC219 WIO chassis.
2U passive CPU heat sink SNK-P0048PS and air shroud MCP-310-29001-0N should work for this configuration.
The riser card is R2UW-4E8.
