Question
I have a X9SRH-7TF motherboard with QA88 ES 1.60GHZ CPU and 4GB memory installed. When power is turned on, the board beeps and the fans spin, and after 20 seconds the board power cycles itself, a reboot loop. The screen never turns on. What am i doing wrong here? Can you help?

X9SRH-7TF motherboard only supports Intel Xeon E5-2600/E5-1600 series processors. QA88 ES 1.60GHz is not correct type of CPU for this motherboard.
