I have a mixture of about 30+ 6026T-6RF+ and 936A-R900B all with redundant power supplies. I know the power supplies input voltage are autosensing within 100V-240V but for an upcoming datacenter power migration from 120V to 208V can I run two different voltages simultaneously or do you recommending shutting down the servers?

Yes, you can use different voltage level for the different redundant power supply within 1 server.
