I have a X7DWN+ motherboard and using a Adaptec ASC-29320LPE add-on card. With this card plugged in the system hangs at POST screen for almost 6 mins before proceeding further. The system boots up normally without this card. Is there a known issue with this card and do you have a solution?

Yes, this is a known issue. Please update the motherboard BIOS using the attached BIOS (X7DWN_t4229.zip) which will help in resolving the issue.
