Question
My Supermicro 7046GT-TRF powers up but has no video.

Here's the card info for the system presently:
Slot 2 - 3ware 9650SE-4LPML RAID controller
Slot 4 - nVidia Tesla C1060 GPU
Slot 11 - PNY VCQ290NVS-PCIEX1-PB graphics (nVidia Quadro NVS 290 chip)

This has nothing to do with the RAID controller in your system. This is the source conflict between the GPU card & the graphics card. The problem can be observed when the GPU card in slot #4 & any graphics card in PCI-E slots between slot #6 & slot #11.

Please flash the BIOS to any revision later than 9/30/2009.
