I am using a X8SIL-F system but I have an IPMI issue. I can launch the SOL console application with no trouble. But when I click the console redirection button, nothing happens. The IPMI firmware rev is 1.29. Could you please give some advice?

Answer
It could be related to your Java rev. Try to run Java JRE < 1.6.20, and it should solve the issue.
