I am using the H8DMT+ motherboard with AOC-SIMSO+ IPMI (Intelligent Platform Management Interface) card. Can I use Yafukcs Windows Tool to update the IPMI firmware (FW)?

No, Yafukcs is not compatible with this IPMI. It only works on boards with embedded AMI IPMI FW. For SIMSO+ you can update the IPMI in three ways:
1. Using DOS Flash tool

2. Using Linux Flash tool
https://www.supermicro.com/wdl/utility/IPMI%20FW%20flash%20tools/KIRA/Linux/
3. Flashing the FW (firmware) through web interface (Maintenance-> Update FW)
