Is it possible to enable Jumbo Frame over the onboard LAN of a PDSMU motherboard? Is there a "special" firmware to do that?

No, the PDSMU motherboard has 2 LAN ports that are for Intel Ethernet controllers 82573V and 82573L, which both do not support Jumbo Frame.
