Question
We would like to use X7DVL-E with 815TQ-R700C, but this is not listed as optimized configuration, any potential problem to use such configuration?

For Revision K7 or higher Rev. of this SC815TQ chassis, you may use along with X7DVL-E, please note that this is supported but not an optimized configuration for ATX size boards, you may need extension cables for it to work.
