I have one server board, PDSMI-LN4, and use with AOC-IPMI20-E this card. I found the firmware was damanged. How can I find the firmware from FTP since there is no any message or folder mentioned about this? Also, does this card support iKVM with IPMI 2.0 spec?

You can basically go to below path for downloading firmware v1.4 for updating. For AOC-IPMI20-E this BMC card, it does not support iKVM. But you can do BMC management via IPMIview or other IPMI open tools.
