hello. I get all kind of warnings from IPMI. a lott of fan speed and power values exceeds low limit, but the server seems to be running fine?

Please shut down the server, then remove AC power for 1 minute, and boot the server to check. these are probably false warning messages some how, and by removing AC power and booting up, the IPMI will be re-initialized.
