I’m using a video card on the X8SIL-F motherboard, why am I not getting any video via the IPMI KVM over LAN Console Redirection?

IPMI doesn’t have any VGA signal from the PCI-E/PCI slots. Only the onboard VGA port works with the KVM over LAN.
