Do you have a 19", 1U unit that isn't full-depth (i.e.16" or less) that is low power and AMD64 instruction set?

Yes we do have some short depth 1U chassis like 113MTQ-330CB( 19" depth ), 813MT/MTQ/MFT-280/300/350( 19" depth )...etc.
