I have a 6016T-URF4+. Super Micro server fails to detect more than 1 Qlogic FC or LSI SAS HBA in the system. Only 1 will work at a time. What is the root cause?

The riser card (RSC-R1UU-UE16) slots are not two PCI-E x8. It is one UIO slot and one PCI-E x16 slot. UIO is not PCI-E. That is why only 1 PCI-E card can work.
